"We have been working with the people from Allegra for nine years. The service has been excellent and professional. Promptness on getting the finished product on the date requested is always met. The product is always the highest quality and the increase in cost was minimal for the same item through the years. It has been a real pleasure doing business with Allegra."

4 Tips for Improving Your Direct Mail

  1. Build a better list. What you have to say or sell won't matter if it doesn't reach the right audience. Target your list for improved results.
  2. Make a great offer and include a call to action. Most direct mail fails when recipients are unsure what is being asked of them. Tell them - and inspire them to act now.
  3. Pay attention to copy and design. Does your piece cut through the clutter with powerful images and compelling copy? It should.
  4. Provide a response vehicle. Generating interest is step one. Now, make it easy and convenient for them to respond. Have a clearly defined mechanism for responding (email address, 800 number, Web site or business reply card) that brings them to you.
